The White House Rickrolls Critic

It seems somebody from the White House has a wonderful sense of humor. In response to a critic of the Obama Administration, someone decided to exact revenge by rick rolling the critic. The critic had previously complained about the “entertainment value” of President Obama’s press conferences.

Personally, I have no problem with what the representative did. He or she could have easily responded with a nasty insult but decided to have fun using one of the Internets best pranks. I think it’s actually a little nice that the administration is trying to light up the mood right now, especially with the giant debt problem lingering.

While the reporter did bring up a valid point about the current administration, I can’t help but think he laughed over the response. It was completely harmless and was intended to be all in good fun. Regardless, it was still funny for the rest of us but I hope the white house can now focus on more pressing issues.
